ITINERARY

9:00am:  Group meets at the McConnell Arts Center

                           Meet and greet with Celeste, overview of the day, light breakfast provided by La Chatelaine

10:00am:  Group departs the MAC for Bluebird Hills Farm in Springfield

                                Carpooling will be available and encouraged

11:00am:  Arrival at Bluebird Hills Farm – Brunch is Served

                                Beverage Selections:  Mimosas, orange juice, iced tea, lemonade

                                Catering from Salato Deli

                                Charcuterie Tray Appetizer

                                Choice of sandwich: 

o   Classic Italian Sub - Extra Meat - Genoa Salami, Pepperoni. Ham, Coppa, Provolone, Shredded, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Oil & Vinegar

o   Spring Sandwich - Spicy Coppa, Mushroom Spread, Arugula, Provolone

o    Turkey Tomato & Pancetta Sandwich Half - Turkey, Pancetta, Chipotle Aioli, Tomato, Arugula, Swiss  

                                Choice of Pasta or Fruit Side    

                                Homemade Baklava for Dessert

12:00pm:  Meet the Animals and workshop with Celeste

                                Participants will be introduced to the various Ohio sheep and alpaca whose fibre they will use to create their very own hand-felted scarf.

3:00pm:  Conclusion of the event, guests are welcome to explore the farm and adjacent woods
