Arts Enchanted Evening is a progressive dinner party that aims to showcase the McConnell Arts Center’s beautiful facilities and arts offerings. As guests move through the building they will have a sampling of heavy hor d'oeuvres from each city and culture in the various rooms. Beer and wine will be served and dessert will be available at the end of the evening.
The dress code for the evening is cocktail attire, or costumes to match the theme.
Once guests start their evening by checking in, participants will “travel” through the building to different rooms decorated in the theme of each of the following cities:
6:00PM – Doors Open, Dinner in each room is served
8:30PM – Presentation begins in the Bronwynn Theatre – featuring pianist Bobby Floyd
9:15PM – Champagne and desserts in the Lobby
